Our friends in A Great Big Pile of Leaves have been kicking ass lately.

They’re headed out to Austin, TX at the end of the month to play a few showcases at SXSW – then they’re touring the country with one of my favorite bands, the Appleseed Cast!  They’ve also been confirmed at Krazy Fest in Louisville, KY on May 22nd (Sunday) with a ton of other amazing bands (example: Hot Rod Circuit).

The band is also featured in this month’s issue of Alternative Press (in the “100 Bands You Need to Know in 2011″ article).  Be sure to pick that up at your local news stand!
